About this project
A small raised deck sits directly outside a tan stucco house. White posts and rails surround the platform, with dark balusters giving the edge a contrasting pattern. A short stair leads down toward the unfinished yard. The house wall and glazed doors form the backdrop, while the deck boards create a separate outdoor surface above the ground. The second angle shows more of the platform’s shape and stair landing. These are views of a compact structure close to the house, with the railing, stair connection and relationship to the doors all visible within the photographs.

Looking through the photographs
The two views help explain the size of this outdoor platform in relation to the house. The doors sit directly behind it, while the short stair projects toward the open ground. Light rail sections stand out against the darker balusters, making the enclosure easy to follow. Look at the corners where the stair and platform rails meet. The photographs show the deck close to the building, with the surrounding yard still largely unplanted in the visible area.
