Sam and Nick bring more than 30 years of combined construction experience to S&N. They work with homeowners, businesses, and property owners who need a general contractor to bring the full scope into focus.
Our team is based in St. George and considers projects throughout Utah when the scope and schedule fit. Wherever a project takes us, we start by understanding the property and explaining the work ahead.
