About this project
Vertical board-and-batten siding runs along the house exterior, with timber posts supporting a covered porch. The porch roof creates a long sheltered edge beside the windows and entry. Concrete surfaces meet the building, while exposed ground remains beyond the slab. Other views include the garage and exterior work at different stages. The light siding, darker roof and timber supports create clear changes in material across the elevations. These photographs show the relationship between the house, porch and garage as well as closer details of the wall finish. They do not present every part of the building as complete.

Looking through the photographs
The porch view brings several materials into one frame. Narrow vertical strips break up the siding, timber posts stand in front of it, and concrete creates the surface below. Other photographs widen the view to the garage and adjacent exterior work. Notice how the porch roof makes a strong horizontal edge above the more vertical wall pattern. The gallery shows these exterior elements from different positions, with construction-stage ground and surfaces still visible around them.
